【記者謝政儒台北報導】獲國際媒體譽為「沒有雲霄飛車的迪士尼樂園」及Discovery譽為「全球最佳節慶活動之一」的?台灣燈會?，再次讓國際旅客讚賞，尤其來自歐美的媒體表示：台灣燈會主燈及花燈樣式眾多，是燈會一大亮點；精彩程度超乎預期，而Taiwan,the Heart of Asia主題曲與現場氛圍完全融合；至於韓國旅遊作家則說：主燈的壯觀與炫麗，讓人目不暇給。

交通部觀光局為向國際市場宣傳台灣燈會並邀請更多國際旅客前往雲林共同參與，特別與ICRT合作進行英文現場轉播，讓更多國際人士感受燈會熱鬧氣氛，以吸引旅客來訪。交通部觀光局局長周永暉接受中國大陸中央人民廣播電台訪問時表示，身為台灣燈會原鄉的雲林縣，北港元宵燈會是許多台灣民眾兒時的美好回憶；今年第28屆台灣燈會主辦地的雲林縣，燈會面積廣達50公頃，是歷史之最，2017年台灣燈會的魅力，唯有親臨，才能感受」。此外，周局長也強調：「台灣觀光資源的豐富不只有台灣燈會，更有自行車節、螢火蟲節及溫泉美食嘉年華等，一年四季都歡迎大家來台灣旅行。

來自泰國World 360 Degree節目的主持人對燈會感到驚艷，並直指台灣燈會的規模遠超出她的想像，觀光局國際組林坤源組長接受其專訪時表達，邁入第28個年頭的台灣燈會，以元宵節文化傳統為底蘊，逐年發展成為大型嘉年華會式的慶典，並融入地方在地特色，是值得國際旅客一來再來的大型觀光活動，期待更多東南亞區域的好朋友們也來親自體驗。

2017年第28屆雲林台灣燈會獲得來臺取材拍攝的各國際媒體一致讚譽，有燈飾製作精美、設計符合在地文化、表演節目十分精彩；中國大陸網媒「一直播」於現場直播「帶你去看台灣燈會、感受浪漫」節目，在2月11日開幕當天創造337萬人次觀看，更登上微博社會榜熱門第一名。而看遍各地燈會的中國大陸人民網記者更以「創意無限、趣味無窮、華麗無比」作為各界對台灣燈會讚嘆的總結。

台灣燈會自2月11日起，一連展出9天，每天除了虎尾主燈區與北港特色燈區的璀璨展演外，也有許多精彩表演；燈會即將於2月19日閉幕，當天更有連串精彩活動。

（中央社記者陳家倫上海17日電）中國大陸1月對外非金融類直接投資金額約77.3億美元，年減35.7%。這是過去1年來，大陸對外投資首次負成長。值得注意的是，大陸1月投資海外房地產的金額年減逾80%。

中國大陸商務部發言人孫繼文16日在例行記者會上表示，中國大陸1月對外非金融類直接投資金額約77.3億美元，年減35.7%，月減4.6%。新華網指出，這是過去1年來，中國大陸對外投資首次負成長。

孫繼文表示，1月對外投資主要流向製造業以及資訊傳輸、軟體和資訊科技服務業，年增率分別為79.4%和33.1%；此外，流向房地產業及文化體育和娛樂業的部分，分別年減84.3%和93.3%。

中國大陸國家發展和改革委員會、商務部、中國人民銀行、外匯管理局2016年底曾表示，對外投資在房地產、飯店、影城、娛樂業、體育俱樂部等出現非理性投資傾向，一些企業在力所未逮、甚至無力償債時還對外大額投資。
